Passport Release Notes – 05.28.2015

Change Overview:
eCareNext

  • Corrects updated statuses reported by OrderRite that were not being reflected in eCareNEXT.
  • Now populates payer in Work Queue with authorization detail windows.
  • Improved event type handling within the work center.

OneSource, Eligibility

  • Adds Service Types for All Blue Cross of North Eastern Pennsylvania.
  • Adds improved 271 response for Illinois Medicaid.

OneSource, Self Service Portal, PatientTrack

  • In the SSP Configuration tab under the eCareNEXT sub-tab, the Departments dropdown list now matches the dropdown lists that are under the SSP Manage Users tab.
  • Adds improvements to PatientTrack Status Manager for certain arrival statuses.
    Clinical Orders, Multiple Products:  Added updates to supported ICD-10 tools.
    Data Services:  Enhancements to Billing View Transaction Reports.

Special Notes:
Weekly Deployment Schedule:  Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
