Eligibility Slowness – Multiple Payers (06/01/2015 @ 5:20 pm CST Update)

[06 01 2015 @ 5:20 pm CST]  The multiple payer issue was resolved, and these payers are processing new transactions normally, however, there is a backlog of pending transactions that have built up that we are monitoring.

[06 01 2015 @ 2:55 pm CST] We are still working on a resolution to the multiple payer issue.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an ETA at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you and your staff.

[06 01 2015 @ 1:00 pm CST] We continue to have multiple payer issues and are working with the third party vendor to resolve.  This is affecting all products utilizing these payers.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

[06 01 2015 @ 11:20 am CST]  Processing time should be back to normal for Integrated, IntelliSource and eCare NEXT clients.  OneSource and eCare Online payers will slowly start to come back online within the hour.

[06 01 2015 @ 10:25 am CST] We are seeing processing improvements and expect processing time to be back to normal within the hour. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
