Equifax to Experian Address Verification Update

Experian Healthcare provides a single source for best-in-class products and services that cover the entire healthcare revenue cycle. We are excited to offer Experian Healthcare’s premium Patient Identity Verification product to all address verification customers.  

 In order to ensure all customers are accessing the best data, we will begin to move all of our remaining Equifax address verification transactions to Experian June 26th. 2015.  No technical changes are required for existing Equifax users as we will programmatically migrate the remaining customers by July 8th, 2015.  Also, your pricing for address verification services will not change.

Following are key highlights of the benefits you can expect to receive from Patient Identity Verification:

  • Access to demographic information on approximately 235 million consumers in 117 million households across the U.S.
  • The industry’s most expansive, dependable and regulated data sources including non-credit information from trusted sources
  • Verification or the updating of patient name, address, Social Security number, date of birth, phone number, county, and deceased flags
  •  CASS-certified addresses, ensuring  they are validated and standardized to the United States Postal Service® requirements with a ZIP CodeTM + 4
  • Red Flags Rule alerts for automatic identity theft or fraud prevention
  • Availability of seamless, bi-directional integration
