OrderSmart:
Added ability to capture “Order Expiration date” in place order page for all users.

Date of service should be either earlier or equal to order expiration date.

Alert will display if the date of service is later than order expiration date.

Added “Order Expiration Date” to available workqueue column.
For physician office users in place order page, Authorization Details dropdown, if “Facility should get authorization” is selected, added ability to capture “Clinical History”.

If clinical history details are not entered or a document is not uploaded, an alert will display stating “Clinical history required. Please add to Additional Details section or upload “Clinical History” document”.

FaxSmart:
Added ability to send outgoing fax transmissions “Send Fax” to the faxes menu.

Facility selection dropdown will show on the top of the cover sheet form.

Coordination of Benefits: Improved processing speed and staging.
Data Services: Fixed duplicate rows that occurred for the aggregate user experience data.
Pharmacy: Better integrates the eligibility transaction format for use within the application.
Special Notes:
Weekly Deployment Schedule: Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
