Added ability to capture “Order Expiration date” in place order page for all users.
- Date of service should be either earlier or equal to order expiration date.
- Alert will display if the date of service is later than order expiration date.
- Added “Order Expiration Date” to available workqueue column.
For physician office users in place order page, Authorization Details dropdown, if “Facility should get authorization” is selected, added ability to capture “Clinical History”.
- If clinical history details are not entered or a document is not uploaded, an alert will display stating “Clinical history required. Please add to Additional Details section or upload “Clinical History” document”.
- Note: This functionality is configurable at facility level.
FaxSmart
Added ability to send outgoing fax transmissions “Send Fax” to the faxes menu.
- Facility selection dropdown will show on the top of the cover sheet form
- Fax Form information (Name, Fax), if configured, will be populated on facility selection.
- Ability to Attach Documents type of PDF, JPGE, BMP, PNG and GIF.
Added ability to send fax from Authorization Details – send Fax to Payer.
Added the following filter to the Workqueue Search Criteria
- “Submitted” filter added to Fax Status
- Added Fax Submitted Date with Date Range selection
Added ability to view history of sent faxes by at least one of following work queue criteria
- Fax Status : “Submitted”
- Fax Submitted Date: Date Range
An alert display on clicking on out faxes in the workqueue results “Faxes sent out cannot be indexed”.
Added preselection of Document Type if there is only one fax document type configured for the facility.
