First of the Month Processing Update – 07.01.2015

Over the past few weeks, our systems team has doubled processing capacity.  Although there are a large number of payers that still have much higher than normal timeout percentage than usual today, our infrastructure has successfully processed all transactions with no delay.   As a matter of fact, we still have additional capacity that has not yet been utilized.  The entire Experian Health systems team has been on high alert since early this morning and monitoring performance very closely.  We’ll continue to update you of any changes/updates.
