[07 23 2015 @ 11:31am CT] The eCare NEXT PPE backlog has been cleared, and the auto run feature has been re-enabled. Your Estimates should be working normally. If you continue to experience any problems, please reach out to Customer Support.
11:00 am CT update – Clients are now able to manually run PPE estimates within eCareNext. However, we have stopped initiating automatic estimates as to better determine the cause of this issue. We are continuing to monitor a large backlog of messages as we investigate this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience, as we look to identify and resolve this issue.
Thursday, July 23, 2015 – We are receiving reports that the PPE module within eCareNext is running slow and may not be creating estimates. We are currently researching this issue and will provide an update shortly.
