OrderSmart
Global, Patient, and Workqueue Search:
- Added the ability to search with “Special Characters,” “Hyphenated Names,” and “MRN with single decimal” in the Global Search, Patient Search, and Work Queue search.
Workqueue:
- Fixed an issue with Red Exclamation inconsistency in Work Queues and Authorization screens.
- Added auto refresh functionality for the Order’s Work Queue.
Physician Office User Initial Login:
- Added Individual User Agreement upon initial login for non-physician Staff. Configurable for client facility group level.
- Added the ability to select groups or individual users to delegate signature authority upon initial login and in change password pages for physician users. The list of users to select from are: Admins, Office Operators, and includes a checkbox to select all or individual users.
FaxSmart
Workqueue:
- Added auto refresh functionality for fax work queues if the Fax status is “new.”
Send Fax menu:
- Added the ability to select physician/physician office in the “To” field of the fax coversheet and prepopulates the Fax number field from the fax directory.
Clearinghouse
- Corrects an issue where PDF file type associations were needed to allow file parsing.
- Lengthens the Member ID validation for SisCo Benefits to allow for 5 to 17 characters.

Weekly Deployment Schedule:
Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
