New Features to eCareNext Queue Manager – Live on 08.07.2015

eCareNEXT – User Interface Improvements, Queue Manager – 08.07.2015
During the scheduled weekly deployment of 08.07.2015, we will include new feature improvements to user interface in the eCareNEXT Queue Manager.   This does not change the functionality and does not alter the behavior of the queue manager.

Instead, these feature improvements now groups those fields into a set of “Vertical Tabs” which correspond to each of the product chevrons within eCareNEXT.  Previously, these fields were loosely grouped into generic categories. For example, “Most Common,” “Patient,” “User,” and “Inquiry.”

By grouping these fields by specific product modules, the user interface, navigation, and ease of finding and applying filter information is improved. In other words, now all queue manager filters are grouped by product chevron using tabs on the left of the window. Clicking each tab will display all of the filters related to a specific product.  The documentation below provides further detail.
