Passport System Processing – Back to Normal Processing as of 7:45pm CT

[07 30 2015 @ 6:45pm CT] System processing should be improving as we transition processing back to the main data center.  However, you may still be experiencing payer response slowness.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

[07 30 2015 @ 5:25pm CT]  Passport is working on an issue in our data center that is causing processing issues.  We are in the process of moving traffic to our co-production datacenter to alleviate the traffic backlog.  We do not have an estimated time of resolution, but will update you shortly.
