To enhance the user experience ClaimSource will be releasing some exciting new features based on customer feedback on 8/10/2015 between 8pm-12am. These new features will be ready to use on 08/11/2015.
We recently did two weeks of Webex sessions to show off the exciting new features to our clients. Thank you to all who attended a session. We appreciate the attendance and the feedback on the new features.
There is still time to review these changes prior to August 11th.
Please log in to your test environment using a temporary URL of https://newclaims.ecare.com to review the changes. You will sign in using your current user id and password. This is a temporary URL for testing and training only. On 8/10/2015 at 12am the new features will be moved to the current URL.
