On Thursday evening, August 6th, we released the Epic NEBO alert 0049 – “BCBS Eligibility Response indicates this is an out of state BCBS plan.” This alert was firing incorrectly and we subsequently deactivated it around 9:45am on Friday, August 7. We are working on a fix to the logic and apologize for the inconvenience.
