Passport System Issue Affecting ClaimSource, OneSource, IntelliSource and eCare NEXT – Backlog Processed/Alerts Current as of 1pm CT

[09 24 2015 @ 1:00pm CT] As of 1:00pm CT, we have processed the backlog and all alerts should be current.  Please reach out to Customer Support if you are still experiencing any problems.

[09 24 2015 @ 12:45pm CT]  All products remain online and the backlog is quickly being processed.  We will update you when all is back to normal.  Thanks for your patience!

[09 24 2015 @ 11:52am CT]  All Products have been online as of 11:30am CT, however system may be slow as we process the backlog of transactions.

[09 24 2015 @ 11:39am CT] OneSource and ClaimSource are back online, and we are working on bringing IntelliSource and eCare NEXT up shortly.

[09 24 2015 @ 11am CT]  Passport is looking into the system issues affecting ClaimSource, OneSource, IntelliSource and eCare NEXT.  We will post an update shortly.
