eCareNext, RQA By-Pass Alert
Added a new, non-actionable, By-Pass notification alert that indicates when the current condition has met a client’s RQA Rules By-Pass criteria. In other words, RQA alerts will not fire for the condition.

Reminder – TLS Transaction Encryption
Passport will prohibit access to products using TLS 1.0 as of Dec. 1st, 2015.
Vulnerabilities have been identified with TLS 1.0 and we are urging customers to configure their browsers to support TLS 1.1 and/or TLS 1.2 as soon as possible. Internet Explorer 11.0 is preferred as Support for TLS 1.1 and 1.2 is enabled by default, but we will continue to allow IE 8.0 as long as TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are enabled. Please note that IE Versions 8, 9 and 10 do not have TLS 1.1 and 1.2 enabled by default and must be configured. We encourage you to make certain this is communicated to your IT department as soon as possible. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari will run most Passport applications, but not all and therefore not recommended. We apologize for the short notice, but it is in our mutual best interest to eliminate this security risk as soon as possible. Special Notes: Weekly Deployment Schedule:
Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
