eCareNext and IntelliSource Processing Slowness – Resolved

11/30/2015 1:40pm – Although real-time processing has been processing normally since 11:15am CT, we are still processing queued transactions that were submitted from approximately 10am to 11:15am.  We should complete the backlog of request by 3pm.  Thanks for your patience.
