Slowness Due to First of Month Volume – 11:45am CT Update

11:45am CT.  The slowest processing period was between 9:54am and 10:24am CT.  Medicare continues to process intermittently and we still have a backlog of some timed-out transactions, but real-time processing should be normal.

11:25am CT.    A large number of payers are currently unavailable for real-time processing.   Our team is working to minimize the impact of intermittent processing by these payers.

9:54am. CT.   There are a large number of payers that are processing very slowly due to the high volume of first of the month requests.  This may cause customers to experience processing delays.  We’ll continue to monitor and make necessary adjustments to minimize production impact.
