Real-Time Processing Available – 12.15.2015 @ 11:20am CT Update

[11:20am CT]  Although real-time processing is available, we continue to process the transactions that were queued earlier this morning.  We project the backlog will be processed before 12pm CT.

We continue to research an issue that is causing intermittent PPE processing.

[10:20am CT]  Real-time processing is available again.  However, transactions submitted between 8:50am and 9:50 may still be pending processing.  We anticipate another 45-60 minutes to process the queued transactions.

We are also researching an issue that is causing intermittent PPE processing.

[9:50am CT]  We are continuing to make changes to resolve the processing slowness issue.  However, we do not have an estimated resolution time.

[8:50am CT]  We are working on an issue that is causing some customer intermittent slowness.  We do not have an estimated fix time.
