Currently when accessing the Collections Chevron from within ECN an error displays “Page cannot be displayed”. We have Development and Production control teams actively researching the issue. Errors first reported 12:08a.m. CT.
There is not an ETA at this time. Updates will be posted as they are received. Payments are still able to be collected using OneSource for a manual workaround. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused your staff and patients.
