eCareNext Alerts – Slow Response Times – Resolved

[4:00p.m CT]  The issue causing alerts to process more slowly than normal has been resolved.  We did not send a notification during this issue because we had not been able to assess the impact before it was resolved.  We apologize for the late update. 

[3:30p.m CT]  Currently, we are seeing slow response times with alerts populating in eCareNext.   We expect to have this resolved in the next few minutes.
