There are several issues outstanding as a result of the July 1 conversion. We are working with NC Medicaid on resolving, but they have not communicated fix dates.

New returning: Middle initial, Gender, DTP*472 replacing DTP*291, Plan descriptions in EB 05 –( not normally returned first), Medicare Part D monthly liability $, Does not return Medicare dates, Mental Health managed care facility, Out of Pocket amounts, Date of last update returned on some responses
Removed: Helpful messages – Example: MSG*Health Coverage for Workers with Disabilities – Recipient is eligible for full Medicaid and payment of Medicare premiums, deductibles, and copayments, PCP Type – Example: SCHIP, PCPB, Some Managed Care HMO information, Lost copay information on some plans
Other Notes: 1. Inconsistency with HMO and plan names. 2. PCP being miscoded as Third Party Administrator 3. Blank Third Party Administrator returned on some responses
