eCare NEXT and IntelliSource System Scripting/IPS issues – Resolved

[09 16 2013 @ 4:30pm CT]  Passport scripting customers are reporting normal response times.

[09 16 2013 @ 4:00pm CT]  Passport customer using scripting are reporting slow response times.  Our systems team working on the issue, but we do not have an estimated fix time.

[09 16 2013 @ 2:22pm CT]  Passport resolved a processing issue which lasted from 1:45pm-2:15pm CT.  Please give us a call if you continue to experience any problems.

[09 16 2013 @2pm CT] Passport is looking into reports of login and connection issues as well as problems with RQA.  We will update you shortly.
