eCare NEXT System Issues – Resolved!

[10 29 2013 @5:00pm CT]  eCare NEXT processing issues should now be resolved.

[10 29 2013 @4:30pm CT]  Passport deployed a fix to resolve the eCare NEXT processing issues.  We are still correcting a problem that is not allowing access to multiple patients.  We anticipate a fix time of approximately 5pm CT.

[10 29 2013 @4:15pm CT]  Passport is working on a fix for eCare NEXT errors that should be moved to production by 4:30pm CT.

[10 29 2013 @3:15pm CT]  Passport is investigating ecare NEXT issues (login, postback and slowness).  We do not have an estimated fix time, but our team is working to resolve quickly.
