IntelliSource and eCare NEXT Update – 10-29-13 Issue

Passport  eCare NEXT and IntelliSource customers experienced performance issues with patient queues and transaction postback from 3:00pm to 5:00pm CT on 10/29/2013.  The problem was caused by a configuration change made in error by our systems team.  We are in the process of removing access to this table from our operations group and create a more agile backup remediation process.  We anticipate implementing both changes by the end of this week.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
