On Tuesday 2/10/2015 @ 9:00 PM Central, the following updates will be deployed to the OrderSmart application:
OrderSmart Outpatient Orders
- For all users in work queue global search added alert “More than 100 patients found, Please narrow your search criteria.”. Alert will be highlighted in red color – whereas previously the user was not notified of the search result.
Place order Page
- For all users added the user selection for laterality (Left, Right and Bilateral) to be displayed within the requisition form. As per the availability it will be visible besides to the respective Procedures Codes.
Surgical Orders
- For facility group users and facility users:
o In workqueue filters – modified schedule status options to multi-select dropdown and added ‘Cancelled’ to schedule status options.
o In Workqueue – added ability to show cancelled (but not cancelled by reschedule) orders by default (when no schedule status selected) and when ‘Cancelled’ status selected.
FaxSmart
- For facility group users and facility users, in fax indexing page resolved item to clear the schedule comments on save and eliminate duplication of notes.
- For facility group users and facility users, added support to view documents from the Select Case screen.
- For facility group users and facility users
o Increased schedule attempts Comments size to 500 from 200. This will reflect in schedule info in the right context menu of the workqueue and in the scheduling tab of the verification screen.
- For facility group users and facility users, Fax work queue – added ‘not in’ option for Caller and Called Number filters and added ability to include multiple Caller and Called Numbers for workqueue search and save.
