PaymentSafe Errors (resolved)

3/17/15 @  9:09pm CT – The issues below with the CVC field have been resolved.  Credit Card transactions are processing normally without any needed work around for those users that were impacted.  This did NOT impact all PaymentSafe clients.

1:53pm CT – If manually keying in a credit card number and a error is received indicating “this field can not be empty” please click back into the CVC field and press ESC on your keyboard.  This is a temporary workaround and will let you proceed with taking the payment.

We are moving a fix tonight to remove that step and clean up the process.

10:22am CT – Passport believes we have identified the issue with the random “this field can not be empty” message some clients/users are getting in PaymentSafe.  A fix is being worked on and is expected to be pushed to production in the next hour or so.

3/17/15 @ 9:10am CT – Passport is currently researching reports of errors showing up during the processing of credit card transactions.  We are researching this now and will provide an update soon.
