ClaimsSource and eCareCMS Products – Claims Processing Issues (8/06/2015 Update)

Status Update:  8/06/15

Please note that the claims affected by the issue below have been resent to the payers for processing.  We are waiting now for payer response reports to be returned and then processed by our clearinghouse.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing claim processing issues with the following payers:

23037 –         AMERIHEALTH HMO NJ, DE AND PA

86047 –         AMERICHOICE NJ MEDICAID

86048 –         AMERICHOICE NY MEDICAID

87726 –         UNITEDHEALTHCARE

95266 –         UMR – HARRINGTON (COLUMBUS)

95378 –         UNITEDHEALTHCARE PLAN OF THE RIVER VALLEY

96107 –         NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH PARTNERSHIP (NHP)

Claims are rejecting at the payers for apparently invalid reasons with the following errors:

H11202 INCOMPLETE INTERCHANGE

ACK/RETURNED – MISSING OR INVALID INFORMATION. – RECEIVER

H11205 INCOMPLETE FUNCTIONAL GROUP

We have escalated this issue with the payer; however, a turnaround time for resolution has not yet been provided to us.  Updates will be posted as more information becomes available.
