OrderSmart ICD10 Reminder
OrderSmart includes look up and entry for ICD9 & ICD10 codes while placing orders and/or checking for medical necessity. Final configuration to only allow ICD10 codes for dates of service of 10/1/15 or later is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 18th. If you DO NOT want the final ICD9 ICD10 configuration completed, please inform your Product Manager, Liz McCarrick liz.mccarrick@passporthealth.com or Ryan Howell ryan.howell@passporthealth.com.

OrderSmart
Account Number Entry:
Added Account Number validation functionality at Facility level configuration. The validity conditions are Field length, Rule for content and display error message.

Past Dates of Service Entry:
Added user confirmation dialog box upon selection of past Scheduled or To be scheduled Date of Service in the following screens: Fax indexing, Verification screen Scheduling tab, Workqueue right click Schedule Info menu, and Date of service column Scheduling pop up.

Physician Modify e-sign Delegation
Added ability to add and modify e-sign delegation agreement and staff selection in Update Physician Details page for Physicians and physician office Admins.

Order Alert Popup Fix
Added ability to print the Order Alert popup without screen background.

Workqueue
Resolved issue in showing blank Service Type and Patient Class in work queue columns after disassociating an order.

FaxSmart
Physician Daily Fax Summary Report – Individual Physician Configuration:
Added ability to configure individual physicians to receive the daily fax summary report in Update Physician Details page. Note: If Physician is associated with an office, a report will be sent to office and to the individual physician.

Verbiage Update For Fax Transcribe
Modified the  “Fax Transcribe Successful” message to “Fax Indexing Successful”, “Fax Transcribe Failure” message to “Fax Indexing Failure”, “Fax Transcribed Date” filter, column name changed to “Fax Indexed Date”, Fax link tool tip “Click to Transcribe” changed to “Click to Index”.

Patient Document Selection – Trash Document
Resolved issue to restrict the selection of trash document from patient document section in Fax Indexing.

Others Viewing Message Fix
Fixed issue with not displaying “Others viewing” icon in fax split flow.

Results Document Type
Added icon for the super type document “Results” when receiving interfaced results documents.

Added Radiology Results, Lab Results, Microbiology Results, Blood Bank Results, and Pathology Results document types under the newly created Results super type document.
