- This widget provides the remaining full days and remaining copay days for both Hospital Inpatient and Skilled Nursing Facility benefits. It also provides the DOLBA and DOLBE dates if there is an admission reported for the dates of service queried.
- IPA – Independent Physician Assoc.
- This widget provides the Medical Group IPA name and contact information (if available within the response from the payer).
- Capitated Hospital
- This Widget provides the Capitated Hospital name and contact information (if available within the response from the payer).
