eCare NEXT MyResponse Changes – Scheduled for Deployment on 05 15 2013

  • Removing any widgets under my response that do not contain data. This will clean up the My Response view and make it easier to view the actual benefits returned by the payer.
  • Adding response tab functionality under the coverage chevron. It will display two tabs, My Response and Full Web Response. The My Response tab will show the response that has always been displayed under the coverage chevron. The Full Web Response Tab will show the full payer web response that passport received.
  • Only display the selected service type benefits and general benefits in the My Response and Full Web Response if a specific service type is selected.
  • Correct the situation where Subscriber Name contains only a comma in the Select Fields window.
  • Allow us to block certain benefits from being posted back based on the message segment on the benefit. An example of this would be an ER copay being returned, but the message on the benefit is Physician Only. So we can block this benefit based on Service Type and the message contained in the benefit.
  • Two new error messages for Error Code 1003 and Error Code 1001.
  • Changing the service type selection drop down to contain only the 60 service types specified by client request. We are also changing the look of the service type drop down box.
