The maintenance notification below that was scheduled for this upcoming weekend has been postponed according to PayPal. Passport will update you once a new schedule has been determined.
This notification is to inform you of an upcoming data migration taking place at PayPal which is the gateway/clearinghouse for PaymentSafe transactions. There will be minimal impact to your processing & reporting within the PaymentSafe platform during this migration. Maintenance window is scheduled for early Sunday morning August 25, 2013 between the hours of 1:00 AM CDT – 6:00 AM CDT.
Passport will not take PaymentSafe offline during this migration. It is expected that there will be a brief offline (10 minutes) for processing and reporting at some point during this maintenance window. Once the migration has been completed Passport will send out notification.
