PaymentSafe Ingenico Payments Issue – Resolved 12.16.2015 @ 1:45pm CT

1:45pm CT (Resolved) – The receipt and reporting issue previously noted for payments run through the EMV Ingenico devices have been resolved.  You may begin processing payments through those devices again.

We are working to clean up payments previously attempted through those units and will be completed by end of the day.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused your staff and patients.

Currently clients that have the new EMV Ingenico Chip Card readers should cease processing transactions through those devices until further notice.  The gateway is having errors and not presenting the receipts properly nor showing the approved transactions in the PaymentSafe reports.

Please process these payments manually in eCareNext or in OneSource until further notice.
