Patient Self-Serve (formerly PatientSimple) Errors – resolved 11:05 am CT 7/22/16

11:05am CT – The issue has been resolved.  Thank you for your patience.

9:25am CT – Experian Health is still working on a resolution to the existing Patient Self-Serve errors being reported.  We do not currently have an eta but believe we have determined the issue and are working to resolve.

July 22, 2016 – 8:00am CT – Experian Health is receiving reports from patients that are getting errors when they try to sign up for a new account or log into their current accounts of make payments from within their accounts when able to get in.  In many cases they are receiving a red pop up box that requests them to refresh and when they attempt there is no change.

We are working with the development team on this and will provide an update soon.
