This issue was resolved at approximately 11am CT today. The issue was a result of a certificate error needing reset on the vendor side. Ability to swipe is up and running again. The PaymentSafe application is currently experiencing an issue with swiping of credit cards on devices that are encrypted. Users may receive invalid swipe errors. We have escalated this and will notify once resolved. During this time users may manually key in credit card data into the OneSource application if the option is present.
