PaymentSafe Remit File Issue

Credit card payments that are missing from today’s remit files will be included in tomorrow’s file.  Tomorrow’s file will include credit cards that were missing from today’s file in addition to credit cards that process today and settle tonight.

This morning there was a database issue during the processing of the daily remit files.  This resulted in missing payments or a blank file.  The files are running now to catch up and should go out soon.  We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
