PaymentSafe IPAD Payment Issue

If attempting a credit card payment using the IPAD device through PaymentSafe be aware of a temporary work around needed to complete the payment.  When the screen loads up where you typically would swipe the credit card, you will want to tab down to the “NAME” field first and type in the card holder name.  Once entered click back up to the “please swipe or key card into IPAD” field and when the cursor is flashing there proceed with the swipe or entry.  Once it completes and you receive “swipe successful” proceed with submitting the payment.

There is a fix going in the build tonight to resolve this issue.  IPAD payments should return to their normal process tomorrow once the fix is in place.
